This service just was not for me. I thought I had canceled after my 14 day trial. Well a year later, a charge appeared on my credit card. I called right away the service rep that i spoke with was very helpful. She cancelled my membership and refunded my newest charge. Thank you. The only downside to all of this was the fact that the ONLY way you can cancel the subscription is by phoning them directly.
Sure saves time! I love the easy recipes and the fact that the ingredients download into the walmart pickup app!

First, let me say, if I could leave this review with no stars, I would. But I can't, so here goes: I signed up for my free two week trial, before realizing that you have to call to cancel before they charge you, if you decide you don't want it. I decided to try it out and see how I felt about it but I haven't gotten around to giving it try yet. Then I check my bank account this morning and see that some company called Daily Burn had charged me $10 without my authorization. Daily Burn is a whole other can of worms to get in contact with and cancel but after an hour and a half, was able to get them to cancel my subscription, which I never signed up for. In the process they let me know that my "subscription" was set up through EMeals. Now, I never saw anything that said when I signed up with Emeals that I was also signing up for a subscription to DailyBurn. This means that EMeals gave my email, info and Card number to DB without my consent, or approval. This is outrageous and shady AF! I called EMeals and canceled my subscription, despite my 2 months left, and told them just how I felt about those types of business practices. The lady on the phone told me "Daily Burn is just an app." Uh, no lady, its an app/business that your company gave my personal and confidential information to without my consent and then they proceeded to charge me for a month's subscription. Not one email was ever received that I was signed up for DB. No correspondence that I would be charged for said service. Nothing. I suggested to her that they (Emeals) rethink their business practices because this is just not acceptable. Never will I ever do business with either of these again. Not to mention, because of Daily Burn's inability to actually cancel your subscription, even after sending emails stating they did, I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. I am fuming right now and cannot believe these companies are in the practice of scamming people out of money.
So friggin cool! It does everything for you and all you do is tell it what you want, need or don’t need, log into a grocery app within its own app, it pulls up the foods you’ll need and allows you to shop the best price for you, then you just check out through your chosen grocery app. It’s pretty simple and honestly there’s never been anything like it. It’s wonderful and if the recipes are as good as the app and membership is easy to use, I know it will help us eat better and live a little more stress free. Thank you for engineering this app and service. It really seems like a true game changer for families and at 4.99 a month it is well worth every penny to buy a year subscription in advance. I’ve never enjoyed meal planning and shopping online so much
EMeals has changed the game! We eat at home most nights and it’s tiresome to have to cook, plan, and shop every week. There are so many great recipes to choose from and it makes online grocery shopping even easier than it already is! We love it and are definitely going to keep using it!

I'm so impressed! The recipes are simple and quick to make. I love how the grocery list imports directly to my grocery store and how it leads me really through selecting my preferred brands. And there are so many meal options! Love, love, love this!
I actually called to cancel in subscription, and I am so glad I didn't. The CS rep actually asked me to give the app a try instead of using my desktop. And OMG I am glad she suggested that. It made it so much easier, and it was exactly what I was looking for! 10/10 recommend!
So obviously a thinly veiled attempt at getting one more month out of your wallet even though you are not using it!
They will make money off of people who forget to call them by 7pm Central, which conveniently is all times I will be either sleeping or at work... how convenient for emeals.
I gave it a try and found it not very useful for me. Hopefully I am not paying for an entire month for nothing.

I am trying this for the first time. It was easy. I picked the meals I wanted and then added the items to my cart at Walmart. Tuesday I will pick things up.
Makes meal planning and shopping a cinch. No more long hours thumbing through the cookbooks looking for recipes and making grocery lists. A few clicks and its off to Walmart for pick up. Simple to follow up with the recipes during the week, no more forgetting which cookbook to grab for prep. Would like to see a wider number of available recipes at a time.
We've been loving emeals, especially during now that self-isolating is becoming the new norm. We've been cooking at home more than ever! I love that you can "favorite" certain meals, and jump from meal plan to meal plan! I've even used it to get our grocery pick up ordered, which is a service that I've never utilized before covid. It's great!
